Tim Popovich
Co-Founder
Tim has worked in merchant services for almost a decade. As a Founder of the Lynnbrook Group, he is instrumental in providing outstanding savings for merchants through his knowledge and understanding of interchange management and pricing. In addition, he specializes in software and gateway integration. Tim is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Sharon Popovich
Co-Founder
Sharon is a founding member of the Lynnbrook Group and has a decade of experience in the merchant services industry. As Co-Founder, Sharon provides expertise in all aspects of payment processing and manages partner relationships. Previously, she had a successful sales and marketing career at General Electric Capital.
Steve Popovich
CFO
Steve brings a wealth of experience to the team. Prior to joining Lynnbrook Group, Steve was the CEO and President of Pet Partners Inc. He has a 30-year track record in various financial positions, both corporate and operations, with several global companies. Steve holds an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University.
Chris Savino
Director of Sales and New Business Development
Chris began his career in merchant services in 2010. He has a wealth of knowledge in pricing and interchange management which he uses to help save businesses money. Chris is responsible for managing the sales team and building and maintaining new business relationships.
Melissa Lincoln
Senior Sales Account Executive
Melissa previously managed Lynnbrook’s customer support team and has valuable knowledge and experience in payment processing. She joined the sales team in 2019 and now builds and supports new merchant partnerships.
Caleb Fordham
Sales Account Executive
Caleb started with Lynnbrook in 2017 as a Customer Relations Support Specialist. In early 2018 Caleb joined the inside sales team where he now excels in creating and maintaining new business relationships.
Sheila Scott
Sales Agent
Sheila began working in the merchant services industry 10 years ago and has been with the Lynnbrook Group since 2011. She has held positions in Sales and Customer Service. Before joining the group, Sheila held various positions in the financial industry. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
Katie Scott
Sales Agent
Katie joined the Lynnbrook Group as a Sales Agent in 2012. She specializes in working with property managers to provide them with detailed rate comparisons and payment technology options. Prior to joining the team, Katie worked in higher education and business insurance. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has her MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.
Pattie Lincoln
Director of Operations
Pattie oversees the operations department, providing superior ongoing customer service to our clients. She works with merchants from contract inception, to training, to processing payments through credit cards and eChecks. Prior to joining the team, she handled merchant services for an Insurance MGA. Pattie is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
Pennie Robinson
Manager of Operations and Client Support
Pennie has held various positions in Merchant services over the last 20 years. She has extensive experience in all aspects of customer support. Pennie provides expert assistance in chargeback mitigation, reconciliation and risk related issues.
Jackie Johnston
Customer Relations Support Specialist
Jackie handles all customer support issues including bank changes, reconciliation, documentation, billing and new merchant training. Jackie has 10 years’ experience in business management and accounting.
Les Hopkins
Customer Relations Support Specialist
Les joined the customer support team in 2019 after working 9 years at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Les helps onboard new accounts and is responsible for training, customer support, PCI compliance and gateway maintenance.
